I spent quite a bit of time on this, but the rewards feel way too low for the effort involved. I don’t mind putting in the work, but it should feel fair and worth people’s time. Right now, it kind of feels like users are giving more than they’re getting back.

I tried verifying my account and it just kept failing over and over with no actual explanation. I swear, it felt like I was trying to solve some impossible puzzle just to access my own balance. Support took forever to respond, and after all that, I still can’t even use my money. it’s been way more frustrating than it ever needed to be.

I’ve been using Prime Opinion for a little while now, and I kind of wish I’d tried it sooner because it’s been decent overall. The surveys are easy to find, and I haven’t had any issues with getting paid. My only regret is spending time on some surveys just to get screened out after already answering a few questions. It doesn’t happen every time, and it’s still better than a lot of other survey sites I’ve used, but it can definitely get frustrating. Overall, I’d still give it 4 stars

I dunno, the whole privacy side of things feels a bit sketchy to me. Like, it's not super clear where my data is going or who can see what, and that just makes me uneasy. Maybe it's fine, but the way it's explained doesn't really give me much confidence.

At first, the site seems straightforward, but actually using it got annoying fast. Pages were loading slowly, surveys would freeze, and sometimes the buttons just didn’t respond the way they should. I kept getting sent back or stuck on random screens. It’s not even about the layout being simple or anything like that, it’s that the basic stuff didn’t work smoothly. For me, it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

They did reply in the end, which I guess is better than being ignored completely. Just don’t expect a super quick response

Either way, it has paid me, so I wouldn’t call it fake. The site seems legit, and I’ve managed to cash out a couple rewards without too much trouble.
That said, there are still some annoying parts. I’ve had surveys kick me out after I thought I was basically done, and sometimes the points don’t feel super clear, or maybe I just missed when they were added. Support has been fine, not amazing. I trust it enough to keep using it here and there, but I wouldn’t rely on it or put hours into it every day.

Not every survey is a fit, and yeah, getting screened out can be annoying, but there’s usually something available if I check back later. Overall, it’s been a good experience, I just wish more of the surveys actually matched my profile.

I redeemed my rewards and, you know, totally calmly watched to see if anything would go wrong. But it was smooth and they came through without any hassle

My account was suddenly suspended and I have no idea why. It’s frustrating because I didn’t get a clear explanation or warning beforehand. 😞
